Description*
The Audits and Investigations Division annually collects CPA audit reports from agencies on contract with the California Department of Education (CDE) that receive funding for child development, nutrition, and adult education programs. This information is collected to comply with monitoring requirements of the federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 and the Uniform Administrative Requirements -- OMB Circulars A-102 and A-110. The audit reports include prior fiscal year financial information and are reviewed by CDE auditors.
